My parents are overseas migrants that are currently living in Melbourne. They do not receive the pension and have no active income here in Australia.

I believe that many people have no idea where to start looking for care options. For me, it seemed to be a complicated process and I felt overwhelmed by the many options that were available while looking for care for my father.

Frances from the Angels Aged Care Placement Service team was amazing! She considered all our requests and addressed our worries. Frances assisted us with contacting suitable homes, bringing us to visit suitable providers and assisted with the assessment process.

My father is now happily settled in a Residential Aged Care and I feel at ease knowing that he receives full care from professional staff members.
