Tianshi Care Australia Group (TSC) has been providing high quality of care and support for the elderly and disabled within the Melbourne community since 1999.
For 7 years, TSC ran a Supported Residential Service under the Victorian Government Health Service Act 1988 and the Health Services (Supported Residential Services) Regulations 2001 to support the elderly and disabled by providing special care accommodation, nursing care, personal care and support for older adults with dementia. We gained vast experience in caring for the older generation and build an extensive network in all aspects of Aged Care management.
In 2007, Angels Nursing Agency Victoria (ANAV) was formed. ANAV is a nursing recruitment agency specialising in Aged Care, Home Care, Palliative Care and Dementia Care. It provides employment opportunities for Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Assistants and other related staff members. Under the direction and supervision of our CEO, ANAV is current partners with some of Victoria’s leading hospital and Aged Care providers. ANAV delivers high quality nursing placement services for hospitals, nursing homes and home and community settings.
In 2012, TSC was successful in our application via the Department of Social Services to become an Approved Provider for Residential Aged Care services. We were also successfully in gaining a 68 beds license to support the Chinese CALD specific elderly within Melbourne.
Currently, this project is in ongoing planning process as we are actively seeking for a suitable land to build this Residential Aged Care Facility
As of 2014, TSC has been applying to become an Approved Provider for Community Care as well as specific packages to assist the local community and more specific care targeted to the Chinese CALD community. This will allow us to better support those that wish to reside within their own homes.
In 2016, TSC began an Aged Care Placement Service to provide the local and CALD community with a specialised consulting team that can assess the elderly’s current needs and refer you to further care. ACPS can provide professional advice regarding the best suitable care for your care needs whether it be Residential Aged Care, Home Care or Respite Care.
