Policies and Procedures

TSC is a Government approved organisation for the provision of Home Care Packages.

Our organisation is run in accordance with the Home Care Common Standards. As an Approved Provider of aged care services, we are required to meet the applicable aged care quality standards. We are accredited, reviewed and monitored against these quality standards to ensure high quality care for people accessing Australian Government subsidised aged care by the Quality Agency. TSC builds our Standards around the following which are also detailed in the Quality of Care Principles 2014.

The three main Standards are as follows:

Standard One - Effective Management

Standard Two - Appropriate access and service delivery

Standard Three - Service user rights and responsibilities

Each of these three standards consists of a principle and a number of expected outcomes. There are 18 expected outcomes across the three Standards. These Standards make up the backbone of our organisation and our Policies and Procedures.
