Home Care Packages are in place to help the consumer with living longer and living better within their own homes.
Home Care Packages are split into Level 1 to Level 4 and are assigned based on your care needs and level of assistance required.
Level 1 - Basic Care Needs
Level 2 - Low Level Care Needs
Level 3 - Intermediate Care Needs
Level 4 - High Level Care Needs
TSC Home Care Packages (TSC-HCP) is an Approved Service Provider that can assist with managing your Government-Funded home care packages to provide basic maintenance, care and support to allow the elderly generation to continue residing within the Community and remain within their own homes. This service is put in place to assist those that can no longer manage alone including tasks like: nursing care, personal care, home help, meal preparations, gardening, transport etc. With this assistance, clients may be able to manage more safely and avoid long-term residential care.
Each client has an individual specialised care plan designed to meet their needs and request.
