Access to this package is through the Aged Care Assessment Services (ACAS), an assessment team member will do an assessment to determine whether the person is eligible for a package of care.
If eligible, the ACAS will approve and send the assessment information to you. You can then choose a service provider (TSC is one of these providers). TSC will then advise the applicant if the program currently has a package and the capacity to provide the required care services.
