- Personal care – help with bathing, showering, dressing, toileting, feeding and grooming.
- Nursing care – a qualified registered nurse comes to your home to assist with medication management, diabetes care, pain management, wound care, bowel care, bladder care etc.
- Transport (Escorts) – helps people to attend Doctor's appointments, community activites or go shopping, social gatherings, day groups etc.
- Prepare Food support – If it is hard for you to prepare meals, our services may include providing assistance for shopping for food, preparing and storing food, and/or delivering meals to your home.
- Domestic assistance – household jobs like cleaning, clothes washing and ironing etc.
- Home maintenance – minor general repair and care of your house or yard, for example, changing light bulbs and replacing tap washers or lawn mowing.
- Home modification – installing safety aids such as alarms, ramps and support rails in your home
- Post Hospital Care - a qualified registered nurse/enrolled nurse/personal care worker comes to your home to dress a wound, change catheter or provide incontinence nursing advice etc. nursing care and personal care assistance.
- Respite Care – whether short term or long term - In Home, Day Centres or Residential Aged Care Centres
- Companionship – Someone to talk to or someone to be around.
- Emotional Support - Assistance with dealing with change in your lifestyle, transitioning between services etc.
