TSC Home Care Packages (TSC-HCP) is an important part of Tianshi Care Australia (TSC) Group.
We realised that there were many individuals from the local community that were not able to take care of themselves and had limited support. There were many that did not fully understand the care services that were available to support their care needs.
With the health and medical care improving, individuals are living longer. Added to this, Victoria has also received an increase in the elderly population hence increasing the demand of elderly care.
TSC are able to provide professional nursing staff to assist individuals with living longer and living better within their own homes. This will enable them to have a greater input into their community and at the same time, reducing the stress on their children and/or carers.
At TSC, we understand that many elderly individuals prefer to reside within their own homes. For those that require a little help, TSC provide various services that make living within the community easier.
Our home care support staff all process the relevant certifications and qualifications in Home and Community Care, CPR and First Aid. Each staff member has been carefully screened and processes a Police Check.
Our team consists of employees from a vast range of backgrounds allowing TSC to support both the local community as well as the Chinese CALD clients within the community.
Our Case Managers are Registered Nurses that are specially trained to take special care in designing individual care plan that meets your needs whether it is ongoing or a once-off service
