Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurse Training Program

Tianshi Care Australia offers a Nurse Training Programme for newly graduated Registered Nurses or Enrolled nurses that currently have less than 6 months experience within the Aged Care Field.

If you have recently graduated as a Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration, you can sit an RN/EEN questionnaire at the time of your interview.

Following your assessment, we will arrange further training to equip you with the skills and knowledge that will allow you to work as a Registered / Enrolled nurse specialising within the Aged Care Field.

Personal Care Assistant Training Program

A Nurse Consultant will continue to support you on the job as you gain experience as a Registered / Enrolled nurse.

Tianshi Care Australia provides an orientation day for all Personal Care Assistants that are new to our team.


During this session, our nurse consultant will cover various aspects of working with Tianshi Care as well as other general information that will assist you with getting the most of your employment with Tianshi Care
